Contacted Victor and he was out within a couple of days to have a look see. He actually went on the roof and looked, measured and had an estimate to us the next day. He was very thorough when going over the plan for a new roof, explaining everything we had questions about. The new roof was scheduled for 2 weeks later! Him and his crew arrived on the scheduled day and put in a very hot and long couple of days, plus. At the end of each day the surrounding grounds were cleaned up of any materials that needed to be picked up. The crew was respectful, knowledgeable, friendly and considerate of our property. You can’t go wrong with them! We highly recommend Villegas Roofing.

Broken flashing on our double skylight. Had a repair from another company two years ago. Leak continued and started to do structural damage. We got an estimate and assessment from Victor at Villegas Roofing. The estimate seemed reasonable for the initial assessment.

The crew showed up early the next week and worked a solid 8 hours to finish new flashing and repair. See photos. Feel very confident that job was repaired correctly. Highly recommend this company.

Victor did a very thorough and free roof inspection per our initial concerns, and went further to check other areas that needed maintenance. He communicated very well before, during, and after the project was completed. Pictures and a detailed description of all that would entail the day of service was provided. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and will explain all of your questions if any. He advised us of the best affordable approach to what was desired as well as other necessary tune-ups. He and his team were friendly, professional, and respectful of the property from start to finish. I'm thankful that they were able to scheduled us swiftly given the situation.
